SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT

Based on the customer’s needs, the Mebex team can provide supervision and support for mechanical, refractory, and process evaluation. An increasing number of customers are requesting the presence of Mebex personnel during the maintenance of their furnaces. Remote technical support is also increasingly in demand.

We analyze every component of your plant — refractory, mechanical, electrical, and process-related — to optimize performance, improve efficiency, and ensure that the furnace operates correctly, while guaranteeing full compliance with regulations. We offer tailor-made solutions for every need.

Mebex supports the customer throughout the entire consulting and design process, providing qualified technical support at every stage. The team is able to evaluate the existing furnace and, if necessary, propose modifications, additions, or upgrades, developing customized solutions through 2D and 3D designs. Support continues through supervision during the installation phase.
